This notice explains how Lylula Premium Bites (“Lylula”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use www.mykoekies.co.za or place an order. We process information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• Order details: name, phone, email, delivery address, notes (including allergy notes you choose to give), flavours and weights, and payment references from PayFast.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, or the website.
• Technical data needed to run the site: language preference, cookie-consent choice, and — only if you accept analytics — page-use information via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics.

Why we use it

• To take, bake, pay for, and deliver your order (contract).
• To send order confirmation and to contact you about collection or delivery (contract / legitimate interest in fulfilling the order).
• To keep records of paid orders and refunds (legal duty / contract).
• Analytics, only with your consent, so we can see which pages are used and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to complete an order or run the site:

• PayFast, to take card or Instant EFT payment.
• A courier, if you chose door delivery.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us or we confirm an order that way.
• Google, if you accept analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).

PayFast and Google may process information outside South Africa. We only use them for the purposes above. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for baking, delivery, refunds, and accounting. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. You can ask us to delete information that we no longer need to keep.

Cookies

Essential cookies (always on): your language (English / Afrikaans) and your cookie-consent choice. These are stored on your device (localStorage) so the site works.

Analytics cookies (optional): Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KSWTWWRT) and Google Analytics load only after you click “Accept analytics”, and only for this visit. They help us see aggregated use of the site. They are not required to order. Choose “Essential only” to refuse them. We ask again on your next visit. You can also reopen the choice with Cookie settings in the footer.

We default Google Consent Mode to denied for analytics and advertising storage. The Tag Manager script is not loaded until you accept.

• Om rekords van betaalde bestellings en terugbetalings te hou (regspligt / kontrak).
• Ontleding, net met jou toestemming, sodat ons kan sien watter bladsye gebruik word en die werf kan verbeter.

Met wie ons dit deel

Ons deel net wat nodig is om ’n bestelling te voltooi of die werf te laat loop:

• PayFast, vir kaart- of Instant EFT-betaling.
• ’n Koerier, as jy aflewering by die deur gekies het.
• WhatsApp (Meta), as jy ons ’n boodskap stuur of ons ’n bestelling só bevestig.

Hoe lank ons dit hou

Noodsaaklike koekies (altyd aan): jou taal (Engels / Afrikaans) en jou koekie-toestemming. Dit word op jou toestel gestoor (localStorage) sodat die werf werk.

Ontledingskoekies (opsioneel): Google Tag Manager (houer GTM-KSWTWWRT) en Google Analytics laai net nadat jy “Aanvaar ontleding” gekies het, en net vir hierdie besoek. Hulle help ons gesamentlike gebruik van die werf sien. Hulle is nie nodig om te bestel nie. Kies “Net noodsaaklik” om hulle te weier. Ons vra weer by jou volgende besoek.
